POE POWERED DEVICE (PD) CONTROLLER COMPATIBLE WITH IEEE 802.3AF/AT STANDARD

    SD4923E is an Ethernet powered device controller IC compatible with IEEE 802.3af/at standard. It provides powered devices (PD) with functions of detection, classification and inrush current limit.

    SD4923E integrates a 100V power MOSFET with on-resistance of 0.6Ω, providing maximum 850mA operating current.

    SD4923E features built-in undervoltage protection and over temperature protection, providing high-level power good signal.
